When you add some items to your shopping cart and check out, you'll see an option to create a new account.

How does your flat-rate shipping work?

Flat-rate shipping means you only pay one basic set postage fee for your order, based on the country you live in, plus a small supplement for each additional book.

Do you offer any shipping methods other than the ones listed?

We don't offer rush service or other shipping methods, just the normal shipping rate quoted for your order via the most cost-effective service for the items and your location.

How long will it take for my book to arrive?

Why does my charge say "The Miracle Factory"?

The Magician's Bookstore is a subsidiary of The Miracle Factory, our other longtime main publishing company.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, if an item arrives severely damaged or misprinted, please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your book, we'll try to arrange a replacement.

What is the publishing company "Illusionata" that is credited on some of the title pages?

Illusionata is a subsidiary publishing imprint of The Miracle Factory used for various specific publications and products.

Almost. We bring you the same top-quality design and elegant satin-finish paper. Our Magician's Bookstore hardbound books have our snazzy-looking case binding whereas our Miracle Factory books usually have cloth binding and a dust jacket, Please make sure to check the production details carefully when you order. We let you know your book's binding style and other pertinent information.
